Be very careful if you suffer from tinnitus. Cymbalta can turn up the volume and alter the noise and there is no escape. Talk to your doctor before taking this medication. There are alternatives , Sertaline does not have this side effect.

I have been taking trazodone for years for really bad insomnia. I take 300 mg every night . My only problem with it is that I have to eat with it at night . Which is not good for weight loss .

I only get anxiety when it is reasonable to feel anxious, but Wellbutrin seems to exaggerate that reaction. After a worrying interaction, my hands were shaking. It feels weird because there's my physical reaction but my inner voice isn't anxious even if my body is. It's like being two people.

I want to share my story about lexapro. I tried it 11 years ago for my depression. It worked after two weeks and it changed my life at that moment i felt amazing. but after 6 weeks I felt worse than before i started. My moods swings were awfull after that. Later I got diagnosed with bipolar 2. So I think doctors should be very carefull with giving it to someone that has a parent with a bipolar diagnoses. More than 1 year later I got stable with lamictal and i didnt need an antidepressent. My conclusion: great for axiety and clinical depession but be carefull to prescribe when there is bipolar diagnoses in the family. Then only take it together with a mood stabilizer like lithium, depakine, lamictal & others. Hope somebody can use this information and experience ❤

When I was on Gabapentin I found my memory was horrible. It didn’t go away until I stopped taking gabapentin. I didn’t taper off either. I’m sure I should have but I wasn’t advised.

I do all of these but what I'm curious is, does maintaining your brain at constant stress (like intensely studying) is a good or bad thing? I mean, when I was in college I studied so so hard to squeeze knowledge it gave me all sort of anxieties. Now I'm 54 and still has the habit of not just casually learning things but studying something new with a goal (a degree or a certificate on the subject) to the point of giving the same anxieties (which I feel as something good! Just like exercise you got a sweat or you're just cheating.) Then I see my peers just going about life in a robotic routine way without, for instance, pretty much NEVER picking a book to read. And sometimes I wonder which one is heathier brainwise.

I’ve been wanting to try microdosing for years. I was an addict for a long time and I got on methadone to “get clean” I don’t want to do drugs and it’s been 4 years almost clean completely expect prescribed drug that’s terrible I wasn’t aware of until recently the w/d and side effects. I am a 44 year old man, and just this evening(7/18/24)while having my earbuds in my ears, but without any type of sound turned on something was happening to my right ear. At times while I was talking I could hear myself talking, but "through" my right ear only. It's kinda like after you go swimming for a while, but sometimes every once in a while everything sounds muffled, but when you talk all you can hear your own voice, only it's in a mono tone and/or far away. I didn't know what to do, but your video helped quite a bit. The only thing is that it was more focused towards ex:babies/infant/toddlers...So on hand I do have one of those wax ear candle things. I had already started it way before watching this video. But anyways I was doing the candle wax ear thingy, and to tell you the truth it really does work wonders if you just want to "only" clean out all the wax from your ears, but as far as helping out a virus or that other thing I have to agree with you I don't think it will do anything as far as that.
